Primo Foods is seeking a Workplace Training Assessor to join the Human Resources team in Wacol, supporting the afternoon shift from approx.
3:00pm to 11:00pm.
You will deliver and assess training programs to ensure safety, food safety compliance and workforce development across operations.
You'll coordinate activities, maintain compliance records and work with leaders to build a skilled workforce, with hands-on mentoring and on-the-job coaching in a manufacturing setting.
