offers a 'one stop shop' for young people aged ****** and their families who may be experiencing mental health challenges.
Providing an opportunity for young people to receive help early and promote a 'no wrong door' approach to supporting young people and their families through the provision of GPs, counsellors, Alcohol & other Drug workers and Vocational and Educational support.
Alfred Care Group is the lead agency for this program and offers the opportunity to work in a growing agile healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
As Manager and part of a National network of centres, you will lead and support community, youth and family engagement as well as fostering high quality services and information provided by clinicians, community awareness and admin staff.
You will also be implementing a new and innovative approach to volunteering with the @ease youth participation model that will focus on improving young people's access and engagement with the service.
You will bring experience in working in mental health, as well as experience in community engagement, health promotion and education, public health behavioural/social sciences, and communications.
About you
Essential
Qualifications in Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Mental Health Nursing.
Leadership experience and/or qualifications
Facilitation and public speaking skills
Demonstrated experience working with people with mental health,



alcohol and other drug, and other social issues
Demonstrated experience coordinating and facilitating group programs, events and activities within a community setting
Experience with social media as a communication tool
Australian working rights
Current Influenza vaccination
Current Victorian Driver's License
Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one and be willing to undergo a Background Check
