Alan Partners is seeking a hands-on Support / Engineering Analyst to back its Australian offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
The role blends end-user IT support with desktop operations and participation in IT infrastructure projects.
You will provide Level 1–3 technical support for a range of devices and apps, and contribute to security, processes, and documentation while collaborating with global IT teams.
Travel between sites will be required.
