The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upsales, and administration skills.
Experience with RTC, One Link, and Kerridge would be a distinct advantage.

Service Advisor Requirements
Meet and greet customers into the service reception
Book in vehicles
Raise and close job cards
Gain authorisations for work to be carried out
Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress
Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system
Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and up-selling
