Gippsland Lakes Community Health (GLCH) is seeking a Maternal and Child Health qualified to join our team in East Gippsland.
This part-time role focuses on family-centred, evidence-based care, prevention, early intervention and health promotion for babies and children.
You will work with families to support growth and development, connect them with services, and promote state immunisation programs while maintaining up-to-date records and collaborating with the GLCH team.
