Access Aged Care is seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our network providing on-site care to residents across Residential Aged Care Homes in Stirling and surrounding areas.
This opportunity offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, supported by an Access Aged Care Nurse and telehealth geriatricians, ensuring productive rounds and coordinated care.
