About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working with detailed information. You will ideally bring:
Robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
Experience maintaining records, files and databases
Strong communication skills and the confidence to assist employees and managers with queries
Sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
Previous experience with SAP and/or Kronos is preferred but not essential
Experience working with payroll, time and attendance, HR admin or interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements would be highly regarded

Located 12km south of Townsville, a major gateway to Queensland's world-renowned Great Barrier Reef, the JBS Townsville Plant is JBS Australia's most northern operation. Cattle are sourced from a wide supply area, including the Northern Territory, north and north-western Queensland and packed into the AMH brand, the most trusted name in beef. The plant employs approximately 500 team members with a processing capacity of 900 head of cattle per day.
