Port Curtis Medical Centre is seeking an experienced
Registered Nurse
to join our friendly team on a casual basis. Working in our medical centre located in Gladstone, QLD, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients.
4 days work offered.
What you'll be doing
Assisting doctors with medical examinations and treatments
Administering medications and injections under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner
Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the doctor
Providing holistic nursing care to patients, including wound care, health education and emotional support
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care
What we're looking for
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia for RN applications.
Preferred to have their spirometry and DAS certificates, however not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
Commitment to providing high-quality,
