Mile End Bagels, Australia's first wood-fired Montreal-style bagelry, is seeking a seasoned kitchen leader to head our Fitzroy prep kitchen and dispatch team.
You will own the food from recipe to store, drive food safety, menu development and waste reduction across four Melbourne stores each day, with no dinner service and no late close.
