Uniting Singleton Facilities in Singleton, NSW, is seeking registered nurses to join our aged care teams across Elizabeth Gates and Alroy House. You will lead clinical care, develop and evaluate resident care plans, and provide direct clinical services to residents, ensuring individualized goals are met.
You'll assess residents, liaise with medical and allied health professionals, supervise Personal Care Workers, and practice holistically with sound clinical judgment.
