About the Role

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead the delivery of complex civil design packages across renewable energy developments, with responsibility for bulk earthworks, access roads, drainage, site development, working platforms and associated infrastructure. Working within a multidisciplinary project environment, you'll provide technical leadership, optimise designs, support construction and drive practical, commercially sound outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and review civil design packages for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
- Deliver designs for bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, pads, hardstands and site development works.
- Review calculations, drawings, specifications and IFC documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, geotechnical, hydrology, environmental and construction teams.
- Support design optimisation, constructability reviews and technical problem solving.




- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to engineers and designers.
- Assist construction and procurement teams through RFIs, design changes and field engineering support.

About You

- Degree qualified Civil Engineer.
- Strong experience in bulk earthworks, roads, drainage and site development design.
- Proven background in renewable energy, mining, major infrastructure or related project environments.
- Experience reviewing and checking engineering designs and deliverables.
- Familiarity with 12d or similar civil design software.
- Practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
