Manager / Senior Manager - M&A; Tax | Melbourne Up to $190,000

An prospect is available for an experienced M&A; Tax professional to join a growing national accounting and advisory firm in Melbourne. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll advise on complex transactions, tax due diligence, deal structuring and corporate restructures across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities:

- Advise on M&A; transactions, tax due diligence and transaction structuring.
- Provide technical advice on complex corporate tax matters and restructures.
- Build client relationships and contribute to the growth of the M&A; Tax practice.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.

About you:

- Manager or Senior Manager-level experience in M&A; Tax or Corporate Tax Advisory.




- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax and transaction-related matters.
- Excellent client management, communication and leadership skills.
- CA, CTA, Master of Tax or equivalent qualifications preferred.
