A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its Banking & Finance practice in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career Legal Assistant looking to work at partner level in a well-established and high-performing team.
The Role
Supporting a Partner & Special Counsel in the Banking & Finance practice, a normal day will see you managing diaries, preparing legal correspondence, managing e-billing, client liaison, coordinating meetings and legal document preparation.
This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a professional, quick-paced environment.
About You
To be successful in this position you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant (ideally 3+ years)
- Experience in Banking & Finance, Corporate or transactional law (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and document formatting ability
- A mature, professional approach
This role is best suited to a 'career' Legal Assistant, therefore law students will not be considered.
