Curis Recruitment is excited to partner with this fantastic Aboriginal Medical Service in the Kimberley region of Western Australia to help then find a permanent FIFO Remote Area Nurse to join their team.
This role is well suited to you if you are sick of the constant need to be booking short term contracts and you love really getting to know a community and them you! Have the comfort of knowing you are permanent but also being FIFO every six weeks you can head home for a 3 week break.
What's on offer:
- $3,000.00 Curis Bonus on completion of 6 months service
- Total salary package approximately $162,373.00 (made up of the base plus on call loading) pro-rata per annum plus 12% Super
- Permanent full time FIFO position - 6 weeks on 3 weeks off roster
- Fully furnished accommodation provided whilst in community
- $2,000.00 isolation airfare allowance provided per swing
- $10,000.00 retention bonus after 2 years of continuous service, then every 12 months thereafter
This position offers a busy Primary Health Care environment, emergency exposure, a fantastic team, good community infrastructure and the advantage of being within driving distance of a coastal town! You can't say that about many remote contracts!
To be eligible you will need:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong experience delivering comprehensive Primary Health Care
- Emergency nursing experience and confidence managing acute presentations
- A sound understanding of rural and remote healthcare
- Robust practical clinical nursing skills
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
