The practice provides a comprehensive range of general, restorative and cosmetic dental services, including dental crowns, composite fillings, teeth whitening and preventive treatments.

About the Position
Our client is looking for a motivated Dental Practice Manager to join our client's team and take the lead in managing day-to-day clinic operations.

This position offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to implement effective systems, support a high-performing team and contribute directly to the practice's continued success.

You'll work closely with experienced Dentists to create an efficient, productive and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of a busy four-chair dental practice.
- Leading, motivating and supporting clinical and administrative team members.
- Coordinating appointment schedules, patient flow and practice workflows.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the patient experience.
- Maintaining high standards of patient service and practice administration.
- Supporting team performance, staff development and workplace culture.
- Managing operational challenges with confidence and professionalism.




- Collaborating with Dentists to ensure the clinic operates smoothly and effectively.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant practice policies and operational procedures.

Key Requirements
- Previous Dental Practice Management experience or comparable leadership experience.
- Dental industry experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of business administration and operational processes.
- Confidence making decisions and resolving challenges in a busy environment.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Solid patient service standards and a collaborative leadership approach.
