THE ROLE:
As the Online Support Officer you will work in Perth CBD to provide carer focused services and phone-based consultations to support carers in identifying goals and accessing appropriate supports and services.

This role supports intake, planning, and coordination activities within a dynamic and collaborative environment. It requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast paced setting

You will work in a strengths based and trauma informed manner, supporting carers through intake, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of tailored support plans.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- Essential: Relevant tertiary qualification in Health Services, Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work
- Demonstrated experience with assessments, service coordination, and referral processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience working in a call centre workplace is essential
