Our client's are leading manufacturer of high-quality, tailored precast concrete components & panel products. The purpose of this role is to assist with the construction, repair and modification of precast concrete components, panels and surrounding workstations in the facility.

What we are looking for:

- Basic Hand and power tool experience
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Exceptional commitment to safety
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Not scared of messy - dirty work occasions
- Proven 2 year minimum experience working as a precast labourer or trades
- Experience working in precast concrete production is highly desirable
- Must be hands-on and complete tasks that are necessary to meet deadlines
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
