What You'll Be Doing

- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation
- Support Copilot rollout, licensing, user onboarding, and adoption initiatives
- Configure tenant-wide Copilot settings, governance controls, and security policies
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities
- Monitor agent usage, adoption metrics, performance, and business outcomes
- Support the full AI solution lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI practices
- Deliver user enablement, training, and AI best-practice guidance




- Troubleshoot and resolve Copilot and AI agent-related issues
- Support integrations with Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform, APIs, and connectors

What You'll Bring

- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot and supporting Copilot deployments
- Experience building, configuring, or supporting Copilot Studio agents, AI assistants, or conversational AI solutions
- Robust understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and governance
- Experience implementing Copilot security, governance, privacy, and compliance controls
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, Conditional Access, and DLP policies
- Experience working with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and integrations
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, APIs, connectors, or integrated Microsoft ecosystem solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI and automation solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training skills
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and improving employee productivity through innovation
