Client Details
Our client is a privately owned, financially stable builder based close to Brisbane CBD. The company is built on repeat business, and over 90% of their project pipeline 2027 and 2028 is from repeat clients. They are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team, initially to deliver a project on either the north side of Brisbane or in Ipswich.

Description
Key responsibilities include:

- Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring a safe site at all times
- Quality control and defect minimisation




- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met

Profile
Selection criteria will include:

- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
- Valuable level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
- Track record of delivering commercial or residential projects up to $20m
