About Sea Sea

Sea Sea Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel, restaurant and bar located in the beautiful Crescent Head, halfway between Sydney and Byron Bay. We’re a 25-room boutique hotel and restaurant/bar inspired by ’70s Australian surf culture. Think timber panelling, leather lounges, curated art and Peter Crawford surf photography, with a pool, sauna, restaurant and bar at its centre.

Summer is our busiest time of year. We’re looking for casual Housekeeping Attendants to join us for the season.

The role

You’ll help keep every room, suite and public space at the standard our guests expect. Because each room is styled a little differently, the details matter. A typical day includes:

- Morning public areas (from 7am): reception, restaurant, gallery, restrooms, pool and sauna

- A daily briefing with Reservations on check-ins, check-outs and room refreshes

- Laundry: sorting, washing and folding linen and towels to our standards

- Refreshing occupied rooms and fully turning over check-outs: bathrooms, beds, minibars, balconies and a final inspection from the guest’s point of view

- Delivering cots, extra bedding and guest requests

- Afternoon public area checks, restocking trolleys, and handing in lost property

What we’re looking for





- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, though not essential if you’re keen to learn

- A sharp eye for detail and pride in your work

- The ability to work efficiently on your own and as part of a team

- Physical fitness for hands-on cleaning work

- A friendly, qualified manner with guests

- Availability across the summer, including weekends and public holidays

What’s on offer

- Casual pay under the Hospitality Award:

- Weekdays $33.85/hr

- Saturdays $40.62/hr

- Sundays $47.39/hr

- Public holidays $67.70/hr

- Plus super on all rates
