As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing insurance repair projects throughout the Gold Coast and Toowoomba region. You'll coordinate trades, manage schedules, communicate with customers and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You'll be the key link between our clients, trades and internal teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring quality, progress and project performance
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Leading site safety and compliance
- Planning and scheduling project activities
- Resolving issues and keeping projects moving
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
About you
- Previous experience as a Building Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Construction trade background (Carpentry highly regarded)
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
- Current Driver's Licence
- Confidence using technology and project management systems
