- Part time, 32.5 hrs
- Mon–Fri, 9:00am–3:30pm · $32–$36/hr + super

You’ll be home by 4pm every day. Every break you take is paid. And the work you do this week will be live in front of professionals in 3 countries by next week.

Who we are

Boo Beauty Bar makes skilled lash and brow products — we formulate them, we train the technicians who use them, and we sell them direct and through distributors in Australia, the UK and the US. We’re small, we own what we make, and we’re growing fast.

We’re not an agency and you won’t be one of 9 coordinators. You’ll be the marketing person, working directly with our founder.

What you’ll actually own

- Email. 3 campaigns a week in Klaviyo across our Australian and US stores, plus building out automated flows that earn while you sleep

- Graphic Design. Editing videos and images, Product packaging design

- Influencers. Outreach, gifting, and turning creators into long-term partners

- Agency. You brief our Meta ads agency and approve the organic content they produce

- Shopify. Product updates, banners, and pop up

- Reporting. One honest page a week on what worked and what didn’t

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years in marketing — e-commerce, beauty or a product brand ideally

- Strong in Canva,



confident in Adobe

- You can cut a Reel people actually finish watching

- Email marketing experience. Klaviyo is a bonus, not a must

- You work ahead of deadlines, not into them

- You say “this isn’t working” early, not at the end

Shopify, SEO or creator-briefing experience is a bonus. A genuine interest in beauty helps more than a degree does.
