About You:
- You are a confident and capable finance professional who enjoys turning complex financial information into clear insights that support better decisions. - You are highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift. You use sound judgement, think critically and take ownership of your work, following through on commitments and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- You are also a strong relationship builder who works well with a wide range of stakeholders. You communicate clearly, build trust quickly and know how to tailor your approach to influence outcomes and support collaboration across teams.
- As a people leader, you enjoy developing others, sharing knowledge and creating a positive, high-performing team culture. You lead with integrity, professionalism and respect, and you are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where people can do their best work.
