AirRoad is a transport and logistics business with a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence and teamwork. We are looking for a motivated and organised PUD Assistant to join our team in Meadowbrook, Queensland.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service and administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and wants to contribute to the smooth coordination of daily transport operations.

About the role

Reporting to the PUD Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Pick-Up & Delivery (PUD) function, helping ensure freight movements are coordinated efficiently and customers receive timely, reliable service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to daily pick-up and delivery operations.

- Assisting with the coordination of freight bookings, schedules and driver requirements.

- Monitoring freight movements and responding to customer, driver and internal enquiries.

- Maintaining accurate records, data entry and transport documentation.

- Liaising with drivers, customers and internal departments to resolve service issues.

- Supporting compliance with company procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and transport regulations.

- Contributing to a positive team environment and delivering excellent customer service.

About you

You are organised, proactive and customer-focused,



with solid communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous customer service experience.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.

- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

- A commitment to workplace health and safety.

Previous experience in transport, logistics or freight operations would be advantageous.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, averaging 38 hours per week
