About the Role
With continued growth and success, the firm is now looking for an experienced Client Service Administrator to join their team. This role is a varied and busy one encompassing all administration duties required within an accounting firm including:
- Providing support to a team of Accountants
- Preparation of documents on behalf of Accountants
- Preparation of correspondence on behalf of Accountants
- Dealing directly with clients and assisting them with queries
- Liaising with the ATO
- Liaising with ASIC
- Onboarding of new clients
Requisite Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a similar role is necessary (minimum 3 years) along with excellent communications skills. It is also essential you have the following software system experience:
- Xero
- XPM
- FYI Docs
