Axial Training is one of Queensland's well-established Registered Training Organisations, delivering nationally recognised apprenticeships and traineeships directly into workplaces across Queensland and New South Wales.
We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and highly personable Account Manager to join our Queensland team.
Please note: This is a Full time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential for extension.
What's Involved?
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and industry partners.
· Supporting apprentices and trainees throughout their training journey.
· Promoting Axial Training's fantastic workplace-based training model.
· Identifying new business opportunities throughout Central Queensland.
· Travelling across Mackay and surrounding areas.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a genuine people person who can talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime!
Ideally, you'll have experience in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), vocational education, apprenticeship support or related industries,
with a sound understanding of apprenticeships, traineeships and employer engagement.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
· Loves meeting people and building lasting relationships.
· Is a natural communicator who can engage confidently with anyone.
· Has a passion for delivering a great message and promoting services they genuinely believe in.
· Is motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.
· Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to everything they do.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential.
