We are looking for a Warehouse Operator with a positive attitude, to work at our Rosehill Distribution Centre. The successful applicant will be required to work afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9pm.

This role can be full time or full time casual depending on the successful candidate's preference.

The main functions of this role will be picking stock to meets customer order requirements, forklift and manual loading of delivery vehicles, stock and inventory rotation and inventory monitoring.

This is a secure position working with a friendly team in a challenging role.

Responsibilities are varied and include -

- Operating a forklift, including vehicle and container unloading.

- Stock rotation

- Order picking

- Inventory counts/ stocktaking

- Documentation and Record keeping

- GMP, Quality, safety & hygiene control

- Meeting production targets

- Manual handling/stacking of finished product

- Manual truck loading

- Monitoring and reducing waste

Key Requirements

- Must have a current forklift license (essential).





- MR or higher Heavy Vehicle License preferred, but not essential.

- Slip Sheeter forklift experience preferred.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely.

- Be highly focused on safety, quality & hygiene compliance.

- Be highly focused on attaining production targets and efficiency.

- Effective communication skills.

- Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative.

- Sound knowledge of Transport Chain of Responsibility principles.

- Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.

- Availability to work public holidays as required.

- Ability to work occasional overtime if required.

- Ability to work unsupervised when required.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
