As our beautiful Cranbourne service continues to grow, we are excited to welcome two passionate early childhood professionals to our team:

- Diploma Qualified Team Leader

- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

Our Available Opportunities

Diploma Qualified Team Leader

As a Diploma Qualified Team Leader, you will take an active role in guiding, mentoring and supporting teaching team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and daily practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting teaching team members to deliver exceptional education and care.

- Planning and implementing engaging, child-centred educational programs aligned with the EYLF.

- Creating nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environments.

- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Maintaining high standards of child safety, active supervision, health and wellbeing.

- Supporting educational documentation, critical reflection and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrating solid leadership, professionalism, accountability and initiative.

What we're looking for:

- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.

- Previous Room Leader or Team Leader experience, highly regarded.

- Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.

- Excellent communication,

- A genuine passion for mentoring others and supporting children's development.

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful, engaging and high-quality kindergarten programs that inspire children's curiosity, confidence, independence and love of learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, implementing and evaluating engaging, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF.

- Creating inclusive and stimulating environments that promote children's learning and development.

- Applying intentional teaching strategies and strong pedagogical knowledge.

- Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical and language development.

- Building meaningful partnerships with children, families and colleagues.

- Supporting educational documentation, assessment, critical reflection and continuous improvement.

- Mentoring and collaborating with teaching team members to strengthen educational practices.

- Supporting children's individual learning journeys and transitions to school.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.

- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or eligibility to obtain registration.

- Strong understanding of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.

- Passion for play-based learning, intentional teaching and inclusive education.

- Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.

- Experience delivering kindergarten programs, highly regarded.
