Customer Service Officer | Dubbo, NSW

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team.

As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll help them identify the right products and solutions for their needs while also supporting the day-to-day operation of the Dubbo branch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, ongoing customer relationships

- Support a wide range of internal stakeholders, including the Service Department, Project Sales, and surrounding branches and departments

- Assisting customers with irrigation, pump, pipe, fittings, water and agricultural product enquiries

- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions

- Processing retail sales, customer orders and invoices using point of sale and financial systems

- Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stocktakes

About You

You will have:

- Strong retail sales and customer service experience

- Experience within the irrigation, water or agricultural industry

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Experience with point of sale, inventory or ERP/financial systems

- A positive and proactive approach with good problem-solving skills

- A current valid driver’s licence
