Position Summary
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will:

- Manage and support litigation cases from inception through to resolution.

- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies.

- Work closely with senior lawyers to expand into general commercial and insolvency matters.

- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Case Management: Handle litigation files, meet deadlines, and drive matters forward efficiently.

- Legal Analysis: Analyse facts, prepare persuasive documents, and appear in court.

- Commercial & Insolvency Exposure: Contribute to growing areas of commercial law and insolvency.

- Client Interaction: Build strong client relationships with tailored, practical advice.

Requirements

- 1-3 years PAE in litigation with solid experience in research and case management.

- Genuine interest in developing skills in commercial and insolvency law.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive team player who thrives in a quick-paced,



supportive environment.
