Why is this role for you?

You are a site manager or general foreman who has run your own projects in the $30million+ range. You may be able to start now or in the next month, and you like the idea of jumping on a project that is still in the early stages of construction.

It's with a quality tier 2 builder who pays their subbies on time and whose clients come back to them over and over. This role is with one of those repeat clients.

Site access is good, site establishment has been done, and the build involves precast panels and no suspended deck, so it's a relatively straightforward project.

Fixed-term salary on offer or weekly rate.

Sounds good – what skills do you expect from me?

- You have a trade background and ideally a CERT IV in Construction




- You’ve delivered recent build projects up to $30 million+ previously in Australia
- You’ve worked as the lead SM or as general foreman on industrial, commercial or health projects previously
- You can do programming and sequencing on site
- You can start immediately or in the next 4-6 weeks
