Account Executive – Charity Partnerships & Telefundraising

Advance Impact is looking for an ambitious and proactive Account Executive to support client relationships and help deliver successful fundraising campaigns for leading Australian charities and not-for-profit organisations.

We work in the charity telefundraising space, connecting charities with the supporters who make their work possible. Our success relies on strong partnerships, excellent communication and a relentless focus on campaign performance.

This isn't just a customer service role. We're looking for someone who can own their accounts, understand the numbers, anticipate client needs and work collaboratively with our internal teams to turn campaign targets into results.

What you'll be doing

Client relationship support

Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with charity clients and key stakeholders.

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring communication is clear, timely and professional.

Support client meetings, provide updates and confidently manage expectations.

Identify client needs, address concerns and proactively resolve issues.

Campaign performance and reporting

Monitor campaign KPIs, fundraising results and performance trends.

Prepare and present regular campaign reports, providing meaningful insights rather than just numbers.

Identify underperforming campaigns and work with internal teams to develop practical improvement plans.

Recognize opportunities to improve results, strengthen partnerships and grow existing accounts.

Internal collaboration

Work closely with Call Centre management, team leaders and campaign teams to ensure client expectations are translated into operational outcomes.

Coordinate campaign launches, changes, updates and ongoing requirements.

Follow up on agreed actions and hold relevant stakeholders accountable for delivery.





Help ensure campaigns are running efficiently and consistently meeting client expectations.

Account growth and continuous improvement

Build client confidence through reliability, transparency and strong results.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Support the development of new initiatives and strategies to strengthen client partnerships.

Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks commercially and understands that strong relationships are built through communication, accountability and results.

You'll bring:

Experience in account support, client services, relationship management or a similar commercial role.

Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.

Confidence interpreting KPIs, analysing data and presenting performance insights.

Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.

The confidence to manage difficult conversations professionally and set clear expectations.

A high level of accountability, attention to detail and follow-through.

A genuine interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector.

Experience in telefundraising, contact centres, charity fundraising or campaign management will be highly regarded.
