About the role

Courtesy Driving School is one of South Australia's most trusted and established heavy vehicle training providers. We are looking for a passionate Heavy Vehicle Driving Instructor to join our busy team during an exciting phase of growth and transition under new, dynamic management.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct high-quality, practical heavy vehicle driving instruction (MR, HR, HC, or MC depending on your qualifications)
- Guide students of varying experience levels to safely and confidently obtain their South Australian heavy vehicle licences
- Ensure all training vehicles are operated safely and pre-start checks are completed
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and maintain accurate student training records

About you

- Current South Australian Motor Driving Instructor (MDI) Licence (Heavy Vehicle)




- Unrestricted Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR, HC, or MC)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills—patience, a calm demeanor, and the ability to relate to a diverse range of students
- Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
