Clubb Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Chapel Hill, working three days per week – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We believe being a great dentist is about more than clinical skills. It's about listening, building trust, explaining treatment options clearly and ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed and genuinely cared for.

The person we're looking for

We're looking for a dentist who combines sound clinical skills with a genuine passion for people.

You'll ideally have:





- Current AHPRA registration and the appropriate qualifications to practise dentistry in Australia

- Experience in Australian private practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to listen to patients, understand their concerns and explain treatment options clearly and compassionately

- A warm, approachable manner that helps patients feel at ease

- A patient-centred approach that supports informed decision-making and long-term relationships

- A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well with the wider dental team

- A reliable, professional approach and pride in delivering quality dentistry

- CEREC experience would be an asset

Communication is especially important to us. We're looking for someone who can build rapport with patients, explain treatment in an easy-to-understand way, communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to our practice culture.
