We're looking for a National Fire Compliance Administrator to join our Fire Services team, supporting the delivery of fire maintenance services across our national customer portfolio.

You'll be the link between our operational teams, technicians and customers, ensuring the documentation that underpins fire safety obligations is accurate, complete and ready to support certification, reporting and invoicing outcomes.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working with detail, coordinating information across multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of getting things done.

What You'll Be Doing

On any given day, you may be:

- Reviewing service records, inspection reports and supporting documentation to ensure compliance requirements have been met.
- Following up outstanding information and working with operational teams to resolve documentation gaps.
- Coordinating compliance documentation and certification requirements across multiple customer contracts.
- Maintaining organised, accurate and audit-ready records.
- Supporting customer reporting and ensuring key deliverables are completed on time.
- Monitoring workflows and progressing work through to completion and invoicing.
- Building effective working relationships with technicians, supervisors and account managers to maintain documentation standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, quality and efficiency.

What You'll Bring





A practical understanding of AS 1851 and its application to fire maintenance compliance documentation is essential for this role. We're looking for someone who combines this knowledge with strong compliance administration skills, a disciplined approach to documentation and the ability to work collaboratively with operational teams.

You'll also bring:

- Experience in compliance administration, service coordination, document control or a similar role.
- A sound understanding of compliance documentation and record management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies or missing information.
- The ability to organise workloads, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence communicating and building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Initiative, accountability and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience working with business systems, customer portals and Microsoft Office applications.
