Do you love the outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces? We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Gardener to help keep our GemLife resorts looking their best. You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and working across premium resort environments while being part of a supportive, hands-on team.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Caring for established gardens and grounds
- Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting
- Regular hedging, mowing, garden maintenance, pool care & general grounds upkeep
- Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards
This role is full time,
Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm working hours.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous gardening, landscaping or groundskeeping experience
- Comfortable undertaking hands-on outdoor work, including regular hedging and mowing
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks throughout the day
- A keen eye for detail and pride in presentation
- A friendly, team-focused mindset
