About the Role

As the Body Repair Manager for Perth, you’ll be responsible for leading daily operations at our state-of-the-art, Tesla-owned repair center. You’ll manage workflow, team performance, and production quality — ensuring every repair meets Tesla’s exacting standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace and is committed to safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the collision repair center to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.

- Manage team scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to Tesla’s strict quality standards, safety protocols, and repair procedures.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, etc.) to support seamless project execution.

- Monitor and forecast site performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Foster a culture of accountability,



coaching, and excellence — leading by example.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and OEM requirements.

- Be hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic collision repair environment.

What You Bring

- 5–8 years of experience in collision repair, automotive operations, manufacturing, or customer service.

- Proven leadership in managing teams and complex repair workflows.

- Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes, tools, materials, and safety standards.

- Experience in process improvement, quality control, and performance tracking.

- Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Collision Repair or related field (preferred).

- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, technology-forward shop environment.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
