The Role
This is a 6-month fixed-term role (with the option to extend or become permanent) supporting our marketing and leadership functions with design across web, email, paid social, print and presentations. Your focus is on turning briefs into polished, on-brand work with minimal revision.
This role suits someone who’s organised, detail-focused and genuinely enjoys delivering accurate, consistent work to a deadline.

What will you be doing?
- Designing website page layouts and improving visual design and user experience
- Creating images and layouts for paid campaigns and social media
- Producing corporate collateral
- Designing slide decks and reusable templates
- Maintaining logos, imagery, templates and current versions of all brand materials
- Designing and building email campaigns
- Clarifying each brief before starting and flagging missing information early
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in brand, graphic or digital design
- A portfolio showing web, email, social or ad, and print or document work
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft 365
- Confident designing and building email campaigns
- Experience in Meta Business Suite
- Familiar with Zoho One (desired but not essential)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive, ownership driven and explicit in communication when a requirement is unclear
