About Domus Lighting

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable, organised, and experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our expanding team in Kingsgrove on a permanent, fulltime basis. Key responsibilities

- Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch or collection.

- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming stock accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with stock control and audit requirements.

- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised while optimising storage space.

- Accurately record all stock movements using inventory management systems.

- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

- Safely operate and maintain forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

- Follow workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.





- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely order fulfilment.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse, warehousing, or logistics role.

- Experience using inventory management systems, databases, and warehouse software.

- Previous e-commerce warehouse experience is essential.

- Current forklift licence is essential.

- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and handling heavy items.

- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) will be highly regarded.

- High school certificate or equivalent qualification.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
