What you’ll be doing:

This is more than a reporting role. You'll work closely with senior leaders, influence commercial outcomes, and drive improvements that enhance the way we plan, analyse and manage performance across the business.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the ANZ business
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models covering revenue, expenses and headcount
- Deliver monthly management reporting and provide meaningful insights into business performance
- Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, helping leaders make informed decisions




- Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to translate financial data into actionable recommendations
- Drive process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements, including leveraging Power BI and other analytical tools
- Support governance, financial controls and compliance with Zurich standards
- Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to deliver planning and reporting requirement

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into insights and partnering with the business to drive results.

- CA or CPA qualification
- 5+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Financial Management
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and tell the story behind the numbers
- Experience driving process improvement, automation and reporting efficiencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
- Experience working in a complex or matrixed organisation
- Insurance industry experience is not essential.
