The Gig
Kinship Currumbin is a cafe by the beach with a loyal bunch of regulars. We’re looking for a Cafe Manager to lead the team, keep things running smoothly, and make every customer feel at home.
What You’ll Do
- Run daily operations, including stock, suppliers, and opening and closing
- Keep customers happy and coming back
- Manage costs and wastage
- Keep the cafe safe, clean, and up to standard
- Bring fresh ideas for menus, specials, and community events
- Help run the function space and work with the function manager to ensure dunctions are run smoothly and efficiently
What You’ll Need
- Cafe management experience
- Solid leadership skills and a calm head under pressure
- Barista skills
- Current RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get them)
- Weekend availability
