About the role

We are seeking a Thai Sales Representative to join our sales team at Mad Fresh in Brisbane. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane QLD 4000, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career whilst working with a growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the Thai market and Thai-speaking customer base. You will be a key ambassador for Mad Fresh, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Thai market and Thai-speaking customer segments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Present and promote Mad Fresh products and services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst ensuring profitability and client satisfaction

- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent Mad Fresh and generate leads





What we're looking for

- Fluency in Thai language (both written and spoken) – essential for this role

- Proven track record of success in a sales representative or sales consultant role within a commercial environment

- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and the sales process

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present solutions that drive value

- Self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

- Knowledge of the fresh produce industry or related sectors is highly desirable

- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend events

- A valid driving licence and access to reliable transport
