About the role

You're the first person a customer meets or hears. Whether they walk in, call or message us, your job is to make them feel looked after, work out what they actually need, and move them to the right next step quickly, whether that is a showroom tour, a conversation with our sales team or the right person in support. This is an in office role in our showroom, working closely with a close-knit, high-energy sales and customer success team.

Key responsibilities

- Greet every showroom visitor warmly, find out what they're looking for, and connect them with the right team member.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to new enquiries and missed calls promptly. Speed to lead comes first.
- Triage every conversation into Hot, Warm or Cool using our discovery script, prioritising the hottest leads and working each conversation toward booking a showroom tour.
- Book and confirm showroom tours, send confirmations and reminders, and keep the tour calendar organised.
- Give general customer service and product guidance on the range, sizing and options.
- Route non-sales calls, such as orders, warranty, damage and installation questions, to the support team quickly and correctly.
- Keep the CRM (Zoho) accurate and up to date: every call logged,



every outcome recorded.
- Keep the showroom presentation clean, welcoming and ready for visitors at all times.
- Support the team with light administration, and use AI tools where they help you work faster.

About you

- Warm, confident and genuinely energetic. Not a cold, corporate receptionist, but someone people enjoy talking to, in person and on the phone.
- Independent-minded: able to think on your feet, read a conversation and make a judgment call without a supervisor watching.
- Excellent communication, with a professional presentation.
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, retail or customer service is highly regarded.
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly (CRM, phone system) and keeping accurate records.
- Interest in wellness, design or premium products is a bonus.
