Browns Plumbing Service Pty Ltd is seeking experienced 3rd / 4th / Tradesman Plumbers to join our growing team in Cronulla, NSW. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures and fittings in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing problems and provide effective solutions to clients
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plumbing plans
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant Australian plumbing codes and regulations
- Work safely and maintain compliance with health and safety standards on all job sites
- Collaborate with team members and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development where appropriate
What we're looking for
- Current or near-completion of your apprenticeship or trade qualification in plumbing, or experience as an established tradesman plumber
- Current or eligible for NSW plumbing license (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and installation techniques
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding plumbing specifications
- Sound understanding of relevant plumbing codes and regulations in NSW
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to health and safety practices on all work sites
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Preferred: Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects
