About the role

Join the Academy Brand Team as a Retail Sales Associate at DFO SOUTHWHARF. Every day is a little different, but your main focus will be creating an awesome experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

- Creating genuine connections and delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Helping customers find the right products and putting together great looks

- Working towards and smashing sales and KPI targets

- Proactively engaging with customers and creating opportunities to drive sales

- Keeping the store looking sharp, organised and on-brand

- Helping with stock, merchandising and the day-to-day running of the store

- Working as part of a team and bringing a positive attitude every day

- Taking ownership and getting stuck in when things get busy

- Contributing to a fun, energetic and positive store culture

About you

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- A passion for fashion and a great eye for style
- A natural ability to connect with different types of customers
- A positive, energetic attitude
- The motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets





- Confidence approaching customers and creating genuine conversations

- Great attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Flexible availability, including weekends
