About the Role

Based in Carnarvon, Western Australia, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining relationships with local farming businesses, growers and agricultural operators. This is a highly autonomous, customer-facing position combining business development, account management, field sales and local delivery coordination.

Reporting directly to the State Manager in Perth, you'll be responsible for growing our clients presence in Carnarvon, identifying opportunities,



maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farm owners, growers and agricultural businesses throughout Carnarvon.
- Proactively identify and approach new customers to expand local market presence.
- Conduct daily customer visits, phone calls and face-to-face sales meetings.
- Promote and sell a wide range of agricultural supplies, including fertilisers, crop protection products, irrigation equipment and farming consumables.
- Understand individual customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service, satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate product orders and deliveries with the Perth operations and logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and opportunities within the company's CRM.
- Participate in weekly online meetings with the State Manager and Perth head office.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain an active pipeline and provide regular updates on customer activity.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and commission.
- Act as the primary local representative, building long-term relationships and trust within the agricultural community.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an outgoing, driven and reliable individual who enjoys meeting people, developing relationships and growing a business.

Essential requirements:

- Fluent Vietnamese speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking farming customers.
- Strong conversational and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, business development or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Confident building relationships, negotiating and identifying sales opportunities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with management.
- Comfortable using a CRM, Microsoft Office and general business technology.
- Current driver's licence and ability to drive for work in Western Australia.
- Willingness to relocate to and live in Carnarvon, WA.

Highly regarded:

- Experience working within agriculture, farming, horticulture or agricultural supplies.
- Knowledge of fertilisers, irrigation systems,



crop protection or farming products.
- Previous experience selling directly to business owners or managing a regional sales territory.
- Understanding of the Western Australian agricultural industry.
- Existing relationships within Vietnamese-speaking agricultural communities.
