About the role

Our busy Accounts team is growing, and we have a number of opportunities available across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable,at a range of levels to suit where you're at in your career.

Reporting to the Accounts Office Manager and working as part of a supportive, fast-paced finance team, you'll help keep the financial engine of our group running accurately and on time. Depending on the role, you can expect to:

- Process high volumes of transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Match, code and enter invoices, receipts and payments
- Manage daily bank receipting, client invoicing and supplier payments
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end processes
- Monitor outstanding accounts, contract variations and debt collection
- Resolve discrepancies and respond to supplier, client and internal queries professionally
- Maintain accurate records and pitch in across the broader team to meet deadlines

With roles across both functions and multiple levels, there's genuine scope to find the right fit, and to grow from there.

About you

You're organised, detail-focused and you take pride in getting things right. You might be an experienced accounts professional, or you might be someone with strong transferable skills ready to step into finance, we're keen to hear from both. You'll likely bring:

- A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Confidence and efficiency working with large volumes of data entry
- Strong numeracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive time management and multitasking, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Curiosity, a proactive problem-solving mindset and a willingness to pitch in
- Solid computer skills, including Excel
- Some experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or a role involving high-volume data entry (or transferable skills from a numbers-focused or administrative background)
- A positive, team-focused attitude
