Club Tocumwal is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time role, with versatile working arrangements available for the right candidate.

This position suits a detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach who can confidently manage the Club's day-to-day financial tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

· CPA qualified or working towards CPA qualification preferred, but not essential. Or at least 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping and/or Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping or Accounting

· Proficient in Xero, Omnis or other financial management system

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel

· Proficient in Tanda or similar Payroll package

· Advanced literacy and numeracy skills

· Knowledge and understanding of double entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting

· Knowledge of the Club industry or prior experience in a Registered Club would be beneficial.

Responsibilities include:

· Reconciliation of Daily Takings and Banking

· Data entry of all Account transactions





· Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and General Ledger Clearing Accounts

· Processing and payment of supplier invoices

· Debtor and creditor management

· Processing weekly Payroll using the Tanda Payroll System

· Preparation and lodgement of monthly reports including BAS, Payroll Tax and Superannuation

· Filing and General Financial Administration The successful Applicants will have the following skills and attributes:
