Accounts Payable Officer | Temporary Contract | Immediate Start
Charterhouse is partnering with a well-regarded organisation to find an Accounts Payable Officer to support their team through a period of transition. About the role
This is a full time temporary position, initially fully site-based, with scope for some hybrid working once training and onboarding are complete.
What you’ll be doing
- Processing invoices and managing the end-to-end AP cycle
- Completing reconciliations and three-way matching
- Resolving supplier queries
- Preparing and running payment runs
What you’ll bring
- Solid end-to-end AP experience
- Exposure to ERP systems (advantageous)
- Experience in a high-volume environment (advantageous)
- Availability to start at short notice and a commitment to a temporary contract
