Your Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report directly to the Group Accountant and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate running of day-to-day accounts payable operations. You’ll:

- Process invoices, raise purchase orders and ensure accurate matching and coding
- Reconcile creditor accounts, credit cards and process payments




- Support payroll and assist with fleet administration as required
- Manage supplier and internal stakeholder queries efficiently
- Assist with general finance administration, including filing and records management
- Coordinate travel bookings and support broader accounts team functions as needed

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in accounts payable or similar finance administration role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
- Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- Self-motivated, dependable and proactive in approach
- Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Exposure to accounting systems such as MYOB, NetSuite or similar
